Description:
Working for a Top 20 firm of Chartered Accountants with exposure to a wide variety of different aspects of audit, accountancy and basic tax compliance.

Accounts Semi- Senior - Bedford c£17K - £18K. AAT Studier or Part Qualified ACCA.

Main Aspects of the role:

Assisting with audit work on a varied client base of Owner Managed Businesses with turnover up to £15m - £20m

Preparation of sole trader and partnership financial statements

Completion of monthly management accounts in a variety of different industries

Completion of VAT returns, Annual returns and variety of PAYE associated returns

Experience in using a variety of SAGE accountancy packages would be beneficial but not essential.

Opportunity to join a Top 20 firm which is expanding and to gain experience in dealing with the audit and business advisory requirements for clients ranging in type and size. With plans for continued expansion there are prospects for progression in the medium term and at this level it will provide a strong platform for further career progression and development.

You will work in a small team, dealing with clients directly and will also benefit from involvement in other areas such as business development and from secondments to other areas within the firm as your career progresses.

Opportunity to progress your career if you have up to 3 years relevant Practice experience. A comprehensive study package will also be provided.
