Audit / Accounts Manager
Opportunity to join an Independent firm for a recently qualified ACA / ACCA with a public practice background and ideally working for a small to medium sized firm.
Working closely alongside the Partners this is a senior position within the firm and requires the ability to deal with clients directly and act as the middleman between the client and respective Partner. The Partners are prepared to relinquish responsibility and autonomy to a suitably experienced qualified ACA or ACCA but are always there to provide support and back up where necessary.
The role is varied and will combine; Audit, Accounts Preparation, Tax Compliance, Business advisory work, Staff supervision and Client management
The client base is a combination of small sole traders and sub-contractors to limited companies with turnover in the £5m - £10m range.
The role will suit a qualified ACA / ACCA with relevant experience and looking for an opportunity to develop their skills and career. The final salary offered will be subject to experience and ability which is why the firm is able to be flexible on the salary range and are really looking for somebody either local to the Milton Keynes area or who has a very short commute.
