Colin Farmer
Colin established Wavelength Professional Recruitment Limited in 2001. He has been recruiting to the Accountancy Profession since 1995, when he left his career in Public Practice deciding it was not for him but at the same time recognising the importance of an accountancy career for others. He joined Hays Accountancy Personnel as a consultant for Public Practice recruitment covering the Milton Keynes, Bedford and Luton offices and within a year was promoted to Business Manager taking further responsibility for Public Practice recruitment for the Stevenage, Northampton and Cambridge offices.
Colin has always seen the importance of providing a quality service and building lasting relationships with the firms he deals with and the candidates he helps in advancing their careers. His experience gained from within Public Practice and the Recruitment industry enables him to understand the requirements and expectations of both firms and candidates.
Helena GolbyHelena has been involved with the recruitment industry since 1994, initially joining a small local agency before joining the Stevenage office of Hays Accountancy Personnel. She quickly established herself and gained promotion to Manager within a year before moving on to subsequently manage the Luton and then Northampton offices.

Jack KhuranaHaving qualified as a solicitor in 1991, Jack began to take a keen interest in Employment Law, in addition to his wealth of Commercial Litigation experience. In late 1998 he took up the challenge of starting and building a Commercial Litigation and Employment Department at the Maidenhead office of a well respected multi-office practice.
In recent years he has advised and represented both Employers and Employees in Employment Tribunal cases, covering claims for compensation for Unfair Dismissal, Redundancy, Sex Discrimination, Disability Discrimination and Claims under the complex Transfer of Undertaking Regulations.
Jack also has considerable experience of reviewing and drafting Contracts of Employment, Employee Handbooks/Manuals and individual employment policies, all aimed at implementing best practices and procedures in the workplace, to try and avoid conflict and complaints to the Employment Tribunal.
Jack has not only acted for employees, but has also represented small to medium sized employers, and well known international organizations. This gives Jack the advantage of being able to advise Wavelength clients, not only from their own perspective, but from the opponent’s perspective.
