Colin established Wavelength Professional Recruitment Limited in 2001. He has been recruiting to the Accountancy Profession since 1995, when he left his career in Public Practice deciding it was not for him but at the same time recognising the importance of an accountancy career for others. He joined Hays Accountancy Personnel as a consultant for Public Practice recruitment covering the Milton Keynes, Bedford and Luton offices and within a year was promoted to Business Manager taking further responsibility for Public Practice recruitment for the Stevenage, Northampton and Cambridge offices.
Colin has always seen the importance of providing a quality service and building lasting relationships with the firms he deals with and the candidates he helps in advancing their careers. His experience gained from within Public Practice and the Recruitment industry enables him to understand the requirements and expectations of both firms and candidates.
Helena has been involved with the recruitment industry since 1994, initially joining a small local agency before joining the Stevenage office of Hays Accountancy Personnel. She quickly established herself and gained promotion to Manager within a year before moving on to subsequently manage the Luton and then Northampton offices.
Helena's experience is in dealing with all levels and types of accountancy recruitment across Commerce & Industry, Public Sector and Public Practice in respect of temporary and permanent placements. Helena shares the Wavelength philosophy of providing a quality service to clients and to candidates and joined Wavelength in January 2003.
Helena takes responsibility for WES and works closely with Firms of Accountants providing in house recruitment support to their clients.
