Allowing confidentiality to be maintained as necessary and full use of an intermediary to ensure both parties reach a satisfactory agreement. We are able to confidentially market your firm to a handpicked selection of potential buyers or merging parties.
Firms we are currently representing are:
- Sole practitioner with 2 staff and a gross fee income of £160K. Looking for a partner or firm with fees to provide eventual exit from the business in the next 8-10 years.
- Firm with fee income of £350K looking for a partner with/without fees to provide exit from the business in the next 2-3 years.
- Salaried partner with fees of £150K (of which he has a covenant of a year) looking for a firm in Leicester to help build and develop.
- Small sole practitioner with a fee income of £45K looking for a firm in which to take fees and provide an exit within 6-8 years.
- Commercial sole practitioner with GRF of £25K who only recently started his own practice looking for a firm in which to grow and develop whilst building and growing the business.
- Sole practitioner with fee income of £60K looking for growth opportunity.
- We also represent several large firms who are keen to purchase a block of fees, with or without a partner and staff following, to meet their plans for growth.
